1. Who you are agreeing with

Reachavo is operated from the United Arab Emirates. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Reachavo” mean the business operating the service, and “you” means the person or organisation using it.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What the service does

Reachavo provides SEO research and monitoring tools: site audits, backlink analysis, AI visibility reporting, domain and keyword research, keyword gap analysis and rank tracking. Some tools at /tools are free and require no account.

We may add, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are actively paying for, we will tell you by email before it happens.

3. The data is estimated, not guaranteed

This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is not buried in the disclaimers at the bottom.

• Search volumes are estimates. They are rounded averages over a period, not counts of what happened.
• Positions are samples.A tracked position is one results page, fetched from one location, at one moment, with personalisation stripped out. Results vary by user, device and place, so no tool can tell you “your” ranking.
• Difficulty and authority scores are our estimates and are not published by any search engine.
• Link and mention data is a sample of the web, not a complete index of it.

We work to keep all of it accurate and useful. We do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and you should not treat it as the sole basis for a commercial decision. We give no guarantee about rankings, traffic or revenue.

4. Accounts

You need an account for the paid product. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Accounts are for one person unless your plan includes additional seats. Do not share one login across a team to avoid paying for seats.

5. Trial, plans and payment

We offer a Starter tier from $19 per month, with higher tiers up to Scale. Current prices and limits are on the pricing page and form part of these terms.

• Free trial. New accounts get a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the plan you selected.
• Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card details.
• Price changes.We may change prices, and we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change affects a renewal.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not generally refund part-used periods, because the cost of the underlying data is incurred when you run a report rather than at renewal. If something has gone genuinely wrong, email us at hello@reachavo.com and we will deal with it sensibly.

7. Plan limits and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of reports, tracked keywords and audits, plus daily caps. These exist because every report costs us money to produce. The limits shown on the pricing page are the limits — there are no credits to buy and no overage charges.

You agree not to:

• circumvent plan limits, including by creating multiple accounts for one business or by automating the interface;
• resell, redistribute or republish bulk data from the service as a dataset or as a competing product;
• scrape or extract data other than through features we provide, such as the CSV exports.

Reports and exports are for you and your clients’ own use. Showing a client their own report is fine; selling access to our data is not.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Reachavo to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to analyse domains for the purpose of attacking them. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service or interfere with its operation.

9. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of everything you put into Reachavo — your projects, domains, keyword lists and notes. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

We keep ownership of Reachavo itself: the software, the interface, our scoring models and our documentation. These terms do not transfer any of it to you.

Reports you generate are yours to use in your work, including with clients.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to run scheduled work at quiet times. We do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by things outside our control, including failures at upstream data providers, hosting providers or search engines.

Some features depend on third-party services. If one becomes unavailable or changes materially, the corresponding feature may change or stop working.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used to harm the service or another user, or where payment has failed and remains unpaid after we have asked.

On closure, we stop billing you and delete or anonymise your data as set out in our privacy policy. Export anything you want to keep first.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

This is a deliberate allocation of risk: the price of the service reflects the fact that we cannot underwrite decisions taken on estimated data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.
