How often does Reachavo refresh tracked positions?

Weekly on Starter, daily on Growth and Scale. You can also trigger a manual refresh on Growth and above if you need a fresh check between scheduled runs.

Can I track the same keyword in multiple locations?

Yes — each (keyword × location) counts as one tracked keyword. Useful if you sell in multiple countries.

What if my keyword isn't in the top 100?

We mark it 'not ranking' and keep checking daily. The moment it breaks into top 100, you'll see the position.

How long is position history retained?

30 days on Starter, 90 days on Growth, 1 year on Scale. Older snapshots are aggregated to weekly to keep the database lean.

Can I share a tracker dashboard with a client?

Public share links are on Scale — read-only URL, no login required. Custom plans include white-label and your own subdomain.
