Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan's tracked keywords?
We won't overage-bill you. Reachavo just stops adding new tracked keywords once you hit the cap — your existing tracking keeps refreshing. Upgrade if you need more.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — save ~20% by paying annually. The discount is reflected on the cards above.
Do you have a free plan?
No free plan, but every paid plan has a 7-day free trial. We'd rather build for paying customers than support a freeloader tier — keeps the cost structure honest and the product focused.
What's the refund policy?
Cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the billing period.
